Beginning in 1995, I (John Graybill II) was encouraged to express my feelings in a journal regarding Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. Thirteen years later I have compiled fifteen journals on my disease. The journal page invites readers into my personal life and demonstrates how Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 2A has challenged me mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

In closing is the saying from Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj that always seems to put situations I may think are negative in perspective for me, "In my world, nothing ever goes wrong".
